This is one of three films that Jimmy Stewart would appear in during 1952. Although it’s not a great film, it features nice performances from a number of the stars.
While this film is considered one of the weakest Best Picture winners, it is also another example of Stewart’s skill.

This film is an amazing example of the many talents of Gene Kelly and many of the stars of the Golden Age of Hollywood. The dancing and singing are entertaining and done at the highest level.
